Moderating Workshops
The motivation for the leadership workshops is to address a management topic or leadership issue in focussed and conscious way, e.g. organisational change, leadership culture or group dynamics.
The workshop(s) usually take place in a “offsite” setting which is prepared and facilitated by us, in an inspiring setting with a small group of selected participants (e.g. the Executive Board).
Preliminary discussions and interviews with all participants are usually necessary for the successful preparation of the Leadership Garage. In addition, we may also incorporate individual learning/reflection modules from our leadership programme into the Leadership Garage workshop as required, so that problems are solved at a more fundamental or “deeper” level.
Even better results can be achieved through our unique combination of classic management consulting with the methods of systemic constellation work (which we offer optionally as part of the Leadership Garage):
Systemic constellation work allows a comprehensive diagnostic view of an entire system and its internal relationship dynamics, especially in the case of dependencies that are difficult to understand, e.g. also in the case of interactions between corporate and family systems.
As a result, you will have clarity regarding your current problem, the key factors influencing it and your further course of action, at a fraction of the cost of a “classic” consulting project.
