We offer individually tailored support and development specifically for organisations and senior management teams as part of our “Leadership Garage”. The motivation for the Leadership Garage is to create time and space for a focussed and intensive examination of current leadership issues.

We therefore work intensively with you on a current leadership challenge, e.g. organisational change, leadership culture or group dynamics. We incorporate individual modules from our leadership programme into this pre- and post-preparation process as required, so that real development can take place and problems can be solved at a more fundamental or “deeper” level

This usually takes place over 1-3 days “offsite” and in an inspiring and protected/confidential setting. Appointments are arranged individually with you (usually during the week).
