What we offer

- Motivation: “classic coaching” gets to its limits with senior managers. Sparring is conscious support at eye-level in daily leadership situations
- Objective: more clarity, direction and personal growth – with coaching, consulting and development support as required
- Approach: individual support in defined monthly packages – “immediate support” in particularly challenging situations
(Development of senior leaders/managers)
- Motivation: to further develop pre-existing leadership behavior/skills and consciousness to the next level
- Objective: to be more successful at the top of organizations, to expand one’s own leadership toolbox, to recognize and overcome resistance
- Aproach: in small groups of 5-8 participants, over 4 weekends within 6-12 months, NDA required
(Joint work on leadership challenges)
- Motivation: creating time and space for focused and intensive discussion of current leadership topics and challenges
- Objective: working on a specific challenge with targeted application of modules from our leadership program, solving problems in a more fundamental way
- Approach: prepared “offsites” with selected managers in an inspiring setting, usually lasting for 1-3 days each
(Support of transformations and projects)
- Motivation: successfully leading and consciously shaping individual and/or organizational transformations
- Objective: support/consulting for an important project or transformation project from initial concept phase to implementation – with an integral approach if desired
- Approach: according to needs, with a wide range of methods, depending on the task and circumstances, usually with on-site support
