  • Motivation: Supporting (C-level) executives on “an equal” footing—in everyday management, challenging situations or transformation processes
  • Objective: Greater clarity, focus, and personal growth in order to successfully master upcoming challenges—through a conscious combination of coaching and consulting
  • Process: Regular support in defined ‘monthly packages’ for more sustainable development (or by agreement)
  • Motivation: Effectively and successfully complete complex/strategic transformation programs
  • Objective: Accomplish complex transformations with your own team under our experienced and conscious leadership/consulting
  • Process: Orchestration and support of the overall transformation process from conception to implementation, preferably with an integral methodology – with experts from our network as needed.

  • Objective: Solve leaderhip problems/issues (regarding strategy, orientation, organization, cooperation, etc.) consciously in the team, joint learning
