We work with you to analyze the current situation, use hypotheses to identify the key factors influencing the current issue and develop solutions to your problem.

What you would usually need weeks or months, countless meetings and workshops or a cost-intensive team of consultants for, in order to arrive at the essential insights: our approach requires a single, focused and well-invested day of your time!

This is achieved through the unique combination of decades of consulting and management experience with the methods of systemic constellation work, in a proven and integral approach.

Systemic constellation work allows a comprehensive diagnostic view of an entire system and its internal relationship dynamics, especially in the case of dependencies that are difficult to understand, e.g. also in the case of interactions between corporate and family systems. Individuals, collectives (teams, departments, organizations,…) and also abstract phenomena (e.g. “the cost problem”) can be set up. It also opens up the possibility of “cleaning up” and redesigning relationships.

As a result, you will have clarity regarding your current problem, the key factors influencing it and your further course of action, at a fraction of the cost of a “classic” consulting project.

No preliminary discussions or the involvement of other people are necessary for the successful implementation of the Rapid Assessment – unless you wish this. The only prerequisites are that your concerns are of an “integral” nature and that you are sufficiently familiar with the content of the topics covered and bear (direct or indirect) responsibility for them.

Out of consideration for your schedule, the intensive day can also take place at the weekend. Alternatively, we can build breaks into the day so that you remain available for important issues in your day-to-day management.

The one-day workshop should take place in an undisturbed atmosphere and preferably “offsite”; our own office near Frankfurt Airport is ideal for this.

Our fee for the Rapid Assessment is €4,000, of which we charge +/-25% based on success – depending solely on your satisfaction with the results of the Rapid Assessment. For cancellations at short notice (14 days or less before the agreed date), we charge 75% of the fee.

Following the Rapid Assessment, we are happy to support you in the concretization and implementation of the solutions found in the form of sparring or the Leadership Garage – but also in parallel or in addition to a “classic” management consultant. Of course, you will receive a written documentation of the results of the intensive day.
